Office Assistant

Office Assistant role provides vital support to ensure a clean, efficient, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a Clean Office: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in common areas, break rooms, and restrooms.
• Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
• Administrative Tasks:Photocopy, scan, fax, and distribute documents as directed.
• Assist with basic filing and organization of physical or digital documents (depending on the office).
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Set up and prepare meeting rooms (arranging furniture, refreshments, and audio-visual equipment if needed).
• Errands and Deliveries:Run errands as instructed, such as picking up deliveries, making bank deposits, or dropping off documents.
• Deliver messages and documents within the office.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. .
• Strong work ethic with a reliable and dependable attitude.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and visitors.
• Physically able to perform light duties like lifting, bending, and carrying supplies.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
