Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support various office functions. This role requires proficiency in office software, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus, but not mandatory. The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to prepare reports, invoices, and other administrative documents
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive client relationships
Handle bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and record keeping using QuickBooks or similar software
Support medical or dental office operations by managing patient records, appointment scheduling, and billing processes
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information
Assist with administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
Experience

Prior office experience in medical or dental offices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred
Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, proofreading, and general clerical tasks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing customer service or support roles is beneficial
Knowledge of front desk operations and administrative procedures will be advantageous
Demonstrated professionalism with good phone etiquette and customer support skills
Pay: $27.00 per hour
