Description
Office administrator – 8 hours per week, ideally split over two set days, with flexibility of some remote work.
Support church administrative operations by maintaining the office space, answering phone calls and emails, managing the calendar and events, assisting in producing bulletins and newsletters, maintaining office supplies and other projects as required.

Qualifications
Prior experience is preferred. Strong organization skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Mailchimp, Social Media administration (FB and Instagram), and experience with office equipment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Comfortable working in a church setting and supporting its mission and values.
Ability to work independently under direction from priest-in-charge.
Requirements
Within the first month of employment, completion of required trainings (online modules) and background checks, including Safe Church through the Episcopal Church in CT and the CT State required ****** Harassment Prevention Training.
Salary
Hourly rate based on experience.
