This firm is seeking an ambitious, determined Corporate Lawyer to join their flourishing Cardiff practice.
You will be predominantly exposed to a broad range of corporate transactions including: M&A (public and private), venture capital (both equity and growth debt), private equity and joint ventures.
The successful candidate will come from a leading practice, UK qualified.
