Job Description:-
• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation and optimization projects.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
• Manage a team of functional consultants and analysts; provide coaching and oversight.
• Own NetSuite system design, configuration, and documentation across modules such as Financials, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, CRM, and Projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Define and enforce NetSuite governance, including change management, release cycles, and system integrity.
• Oversee and participate in solution architecture, system testing, data migration, and training.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements, automation, and system integrations.
• Serve as the escalation point for NetSuite-related issues and system performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial and audit standards through effective system controls.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations and post-go-live support.
• Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially Financials, SCM, CRM, and Projects.
• Strong understanding of business process design and cross-functional workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience working with system integrators and third-party tools.
• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator) are highly preferred.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with SuiteSuccess methodology and industry verticals (e.g., SaaS, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services).
• Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (basic), and NetSuite integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo).
• PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications or experience managing agile ERP projects.
• Experience managing multi-phase ERP rollouts or global NetSuite environments
