Mobile App Architect

Position Overview: As a Mobile App Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of our mobile application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the app is scalable, secure, and integrates seamlessly with various platforms and services. Your expertise in React Native, MongoDB, Realm, and marketing apps integration will be crucial in driving the success of our app.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop the overall architecture of the mobile application using React Native.

Ensure seamless integration with MongoDB and Realm for data storage and management.

Architect and implement integrations with marketing and analytics platforms such as MoEngage, AppsFlyer, and Amplitude Analytics.

Oversee video streaming integrations using Vimeo or AWS Streaming.

Optimize the app for performance, scalability, and security within an Azure environment.

Collaborated closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and developers to create detailed architectural specifications and ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring the app runs smoothly on various devices.

Implement robust security measures to protect user data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our app remains competitive.

Develop and maintain technical documentation related to architecture and design.

Integrate and manage in-app subscriptions for the App Store and Play Store using Revenue Cat.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years in an architectural or technical leadership role.

Strong proficiency in React Native and experience with mobile app development.

In-depth knowledge of MongoDB and Realm for database management or any other NoSQL database.

Proficiency in using Amplitude Analytics for data analytics and insights.

Experience with video streaming services like Vimeo, AWS Streaming or any other streaming platform.

Knowledge of CDN platform like CloudFront, Cloudflare, etc.

Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and environment management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with in-app subscriptions for the App Store and Play Store either using API or any other platform like Revenue cat.

Experience integrating with marketing apps such as Mo-Engage and Apps Flyer will be good to have
