About Us

We are a midwifery-led, BFHI accredited facility located in Kenepuru Community Hospital. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality maternity care to women and their families.

The primary role of the Midwife will be to provide postnatal care in partnership with a woman's Lead Maternity Carer (LMC) and support the LMC with births as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in primary, secondary, and tertiary maternity care
A strong understanding of breastfeeding assistance and support
The ability to work collaboratively with all health professionals to support excellence in maternity care
Strong interpersonal communication skills
The successful candidate will be part of a small dynamic and friendly team, offering autonomy and close working relationships with women, whānau, and our LMC midwifery colleagues.
