Role Description
The role is of Analyst for FI Claims

This function involves managing various FI Claims activities

This role has an extensive responsibility to perform fail investigation and managing end to end claim activities.

Your key responsibilities
Responsibility for performing FI Claims activities like fails investigation, claim issuance activity, following up with client for receivable claims, making payments for payable claims , month end activities for Fixed Income product.
Understands the importance of TAT/SLA's and proactively works towards maintenance of the same.
Gain Expertise in processing in end to end life cycle of Claims, claim validation, claim reports.
Understands and effectively manages risks through timely and accurate escalation and resolution of key issues.
Ability to work in partnership with various support team, Key stakeholders and should be able to lead key projects
Responsible for responding to ad-hoc issues or Finance/Desk queries on a timely basis, ensuring all communications have been responded to before end of day.
Ensure process documentation is relevant and updated regularly for your process to audit standards
Be a Team player and support your wider team mates at all times.
Ensure specified quality of services at all levels of operations
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to clients
Reporting Multiple MIS with Analysis
Generating reports in order to obtain periodic information on the inquiries received
Ensure he/she has assisted in creating proper backups through adequate cross training, within the department
Good communication Skills
Your skills and experience
2+ years of experience in Investment Banking Operations/Financial Services
Working knowledge of various financial products - knowledge of Fixed Income products will be an advantage
Previous work experience in Trade settlement process will be an advantage
Previous experience with Capital Markets/Banking Operations preferred.
Graduate/Postgraduate with good academic background
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to work in shifts
Should have an understanding of the Claims and Regulatory guidelines
