MEP Technician

Job Location: Dubai

Job Description:

As an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and operation of building systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and efficiency of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with MEP systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential problems.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal system performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Support emergency repairs when necessary.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an MEP Technician or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of safety regulations and guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
