Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

As a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's commercial site in Trafford Park, Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and plumbing, with experience in building services maintenance.

The successful applicant will be based on-site and work on a variety of tasks, including preventative maintenance (PPMs), reactive maintenance, and emergency lighting repairs. You will also be responsible for working on air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs), as well as general building services and plumbing tasks.
