Team Leader (Presales)

Self Sourcing of Clients through Database, SMS Responses, Web Responses, Enquiries.

Allot targets to the team and make strategy to achieve those targets.

Follow up with potential Leads of tele callers on daily basis.

Handling all enquiries from ATL and BTL campaigns.

Co-ordinate with presales and process the tagging on developer site.

Feedback call with customer on visited site.

Co-ordinate with sales manager for site visits and follow-up.

Motivating tele Calling team for achieving their targets.

Sending daily MIS to the Senior Management.

Give training to new joiners

Getting knowledge of all projects company is marketing.

Fluency in : English and Hindi
