Marketing Managers

This is purely an 'outdoor marketing' job

- Identify and on board sub agents and freelancers from your assigned region.

- Visit corporates, associations, banks, senior citizen clubs, communities etc to market our group tour packages

· Creating new clients and sub agents by constant follow-up over phone, meeting potential clients, providing required information, tour packages and confirm bookings and monitor payment.

· Update about our new tour packages to sub agents and freelancers in your region and make sure that they are promoting the same.

· Motivate your sub agents and freelancers with various offers given by the company.

· Initiate business development strategies in consultation with Manager/ GM.

· Should be able to handle high end and group client enquiries professionally.

· Update client data and follow-up status in designated software.

· Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining clients.

· Role requires frequent visits to clients' place and the candidate should be ready and willing to do so as required.

Daily reporting of progress and status of follow-up to Manager/GM.

Candidate Profile

Pleasant, confident and bears a positive, professional and ethical outlook that is conducive to attract and retain clients.
Possesses good communication and customer handling skills
Fluency in speaking English and Malayalam is must.
Be result oriented
Should have a two wheeler for outdoor marketing purpose
Should have good local contacts and knowledge of the areas

Candidate should work in your assigned region only
Accommodation : Basic accommodation will be provided for outstation.
