About Clients and Markets
The Clients and Markets team is dedicated to enabling business growth by developing strategic initiatives that contribute to the Firm’s go to market strategy and enhance market presence. They specialise in crafting and implementing innovative campaigns that highlight the firm's unique value propositions, ensuring robust engagement with target audiences. By analysing market trends and client feedback, the team positions the firm advantageously within competitive landscapes. They collaborate closely with partners, equipping them with the insights and tools necessary to strengthen client relationships and optimise engagement strategies. Ultimately, this team acts as a catalyst for growth, driving success through exceptional client experiences and strategic market positioning.
About the Role
Utilise market insights and an understanding of key buyer groups to create marketing strategies and deliver campaigns that support awareness, consideration and create lead generation opportunities lead to great client outcomes and ensure effective implementation that aligns with the Firm's growth strategy.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Business, marketing, and communications
Large scale marketing campaigns, programs and events
In our Clients & Markets team, your impact will be seen by:
Synthesise information from multiple sources as inputs to campaign development. Use data to inform marketing strategy and create clear commercial connections between business strategy and marketing
Develop campaigns and initiatives that support business priorities, solve client challenges and drive business performance, whilst adhering to the One Firm GTM strategy
Implementing integrated campaigns to position the Firm for growth and generate demand, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
Developing and executing activity across multiple marketing channels: sponsorships, events, digital, social media, thought leadership, podcasts, blogs, video, web
Critically reviewing propositions, content and copy for thought leadership, collateral and web for consistency, tone of voice and relevance for the target audience
Having strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical content for external multiple channels (incl webcopy/eDMs/event invites/social media posts)
Being responsible for assessing return on investment of all marketing activity, leveraging insights to inform future strategy activities
Foster and maintain strong relationships inside PwC both within the C&M community with (marketing colleagues, Industry drivers, priority account teams and global counterparts) and our markets leadership (Industry Leaders, Business Market Leaders, P100 Lead, Growth Priority Leads etc)
Being the champion of our client-first one firm strategic marketing approach, collaborating with fellow marketers across Industries, Platforms/ Growth Priorities and Businesses to achieve a coherent PwC presence in the market
Ensuring all brand, risk & legal compliance and marketing governance is adhered to
Champion PwC’s brand by leveraging the visual and verbal expression and future brand positioning strategies
About You
You have B2B marketing experience
You have experience on end-to-end campaign strategy creation
You are a connector, who proactively “join the dots” across Industry, Business and Growth Priorities
You have experience with integrating business performance and marketing analytics to demonstrate ROI
You effectively operate with stakeholders (C suite leadership team level)
You thrive on working in an intense, deliverable-driven and deadline-driven environment
You have solid interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal form
You have an agile mindset with the openness and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
Professional services experience and managing people is desirable
