We are a leading manufacturer in the EV charging industry, committed to providing innovative and sustainable solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive with experience in the EV or technology sector to join our team and help drive our brand presence across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event & Exhibition Management:
• Plan, organize, and manage events and exhibitions related to EV charging products.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets while ensuring brand consistency.
2. Marketing Planning & Execution:
• Assist in the development and implementation of the overall marketing plan, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning through execution, tracking, and reporting.
3. Digital Marketing & SEO:
• Execute and optimize digital marketing strategies including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Drive traffic to the company's website through SEO and SEM strategies.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, including website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.
4. Graphic Design & Content Creation:
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and digital assets using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Develop visually appealing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation of multimedia content for online platforms (videos, infographics, etc.).
5. Branding & Communication:
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Develop engaging content for various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
6. Collaboration & Coordination:
• Liaise with external agencies, designers, and content creators to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the EV, automotive, or technology sector.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel across India for work, 7-10 days travel on monthly basis may be required
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of the EV industry and market trends.
• Experience in organizing large-scale events and exhibitions.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
• Early Joiners preferred.
