Marketing Executive A fast-growing property development and investment company is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team in London.

The Role

You will be responsible for all aspects of the marketing strategy and materials used by the company. This will be a busy and varied role, perfect for someone with vision, who is organised and passionate.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Create and manage marketing materials, ensuring they are uniform across the company. Design and create teaser documents for all projects. Design and create quarterly newsletters. Provide continuity throughout all official documents e.g. application forms, T&C’s etc Ensure the company is effectively using all social media channels Design and implement all social media updates and posts on LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram Update website with new articles, projects, team updates. Liaise with PR team for press releases. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and monitor overall performance. Support the preparation, organisation, and delivery of company events.

Key Skills

This role is best suited to someone who is creative, innovative and a natural people person. You will need to have extensive knowledge of social media management and communication strategies.
• Strong creativity and design skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. An eye for detail, and strive for perfectionism. Self-motivated and confident in their abilities. 2+ years’ experience in a similar role. Proficient in software including - Microsoft Office, Indesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva

Permanent role

Office based (can WFH 1-2 days per week after performance review)

Salary - £30-45k BOE

Location - Central London
