Job Description:

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to create impactful campaigns that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including blogs, emails, social media, and press releases.
• SEO & SEM: Optimize content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
• Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, PPC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
