As a Marketing Coordinator at NCH Software, you'll work hands-on with our marketing team to drive real impact across our diverse product portfolio. About the Role:
We are seeking an individual who is highly organized and can work within our growing team. This is a results-driven Marketing role where you'll manage your own campaigns while supporting our broader marketing objectives. We envisage that you will have experience in digital marketing including PPC management, conversion optimization, and data analysis. You will also have experience in campaign management, partnerships, and a skill for delivering high-performing marketing strategies.
More specifically, the role is responsible for:
Traffic & Revenue Growth: Discover untapped channels and turn them into revenue engines
Creative Campaign Management: Craft compelling ad copy and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, and specialized software channels
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze what works, eliminate underperformers, and scale successful campaigns
Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with key platforms like Softonic, CNET, and major ad networks
Conversion Optimization: Transform underperforming pages into download magnets
Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Creative Direction: Collaborate on ad copy, landing pages, and marketing materials
Budget Management: Optimize campaign spend for maximum ROI
Example projects you might work on:
Launch multi-channel campaigns for new PDF annotation tool targeting Adobe Acrobat users
Optimize trial-to-paid conversion funnels through email sequences and retargeting campaigns
Develop co-marketing partnerships with major software download platforms
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a digital marketing specialist who is self-motivated, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment. You will be passionate about data-driven marketing and skilled at turning insights into action. You will need to be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
Previous experience in a digital marketing role with genuine technical curiosity
Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, and landing pages
Ability to analyze data to drive decisions, not just report numbers
Highly skilled with marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Analytics, Excel)
Experience thriving in results-driven environments
Excellent time management and communication skills
A 'Can Do' attitude and strong organizational skills
Bonus points for:
HTML/CSS skills and SEO expertise
Google Analytics mastery and PPC campaign management
Social media marketing experience
Photoshop proficiency and advanced Excel skills

Pay: $55,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
