Strong passion for cycling and a solid understanding of the cycling industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 20lbs, sit for extended periods of time, stairs, reach, twist, bend, stretch, climb, walk and/or run
Must be able to work in an office setting
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must pass a Background Check

Responsibilities
As a Marketing Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Marketing Manager to promote our brand, products, and services within the cycling industry
You will collaborate with various departments to execute marketing campaigns, maintain online and offline presence, and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns
Collaborate with the design team to develop visual assets such as images, videos, and graphics that align with the brand's identity
Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the cycling community
Assist in planning and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent online presence
Support the marketing team in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and events
Assist in tracking campaign performance metrics and generating reports
Compile and report on data for weekly reports
Assist in the compilation of the Score Card for PR
Attend meetings and assist in taking accurate and detailed notes, ensuring all important discussions, decisions, and action items are documented
Organize and distribute meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
Assist in email marketing campaigns
Help maintain the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of communications
Assist in planning and coordinating participation in trade shows, expos, and cycling events
Support marketing team members in various tasks and projects as needed
Must be able to work shift hours and seasonal changes based on the needs of the business
