Role Description
This is a full-time Manufacturing Business Analyst role with a flexible hybrid work model allowing some work from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements of our clients, identifying gaps in their current business processes, coordinating with our IT team for developing software solutions to optimise business processes, training our clients to implement and excel with our solutions. Other responsibilities will include testing/quality assurance of solutions being developed, documentation, and project management.
Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in Tool Making / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Technical Skill
● Must possess over 3+ years of experience in Tooling and Component Manufacturing, with expertise in overseeing the fabrication of Mould and Stamping Tools. Well-versed in various manufacturing processes, including Injection Moulding, Stamping, Casting, Machining, and Component Assembly.
● Demonstrated proficiency in process optimization & standardisation, and productivity improvement.
● Experience with any ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics in Tooling and Component Manufacturing environment is a plus.
Business Acumen
● Strong analytical skills to understand the various business processes followed in a manufacturing environment, with an interest to understand IT and Technologies like IIoT, AI, ML etc.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in multiple languages.
● Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Customer centric approach.
