Lead the preparation of high-quality accounting valuation reports and advice for a range of purposes, including Independent Expert’s Reports (or Fairness Opinions), Purchase Price Allocations and general business, equity and intangible asset valuations

Undertake robust valuation assessments based on the full range of valuation methodologies, utilising best-practice financial modelling

Oversee valuations research offering value-added insights into comparable companies and transactions, industry trends and market conditions

Drive business development initiatives and participate in activities with a focus on growing the firm’s valuations practice

As a senior member of the team, you will lead a team of valuations professionals on client engagements from end to end, providing coaching and development opportunities to team members on technical valuation matters.

Relevant degree or accounting / finance professional qualification(s)

Significant accounting valuations experience, ideally gained within an accounting, boutique valuations or investment firm setting
