Job Summary/Whakarāpopototanga
The Manager QHSE NZ, plays a strategic leadership role in advancing Swissport's commitment to excellence in quality, health, safety, and environmental management. This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive QHSE frameworks across all operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. The role requires executive-level engagement and drives continuous improvement in all QHSE aspects of the business and reports to the CEO NZ & Strategic Support.


Your responsibilities/Ngā momo ngohe
Develop and implement comprehensive QHSE strategies aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices
Lead the organization's QHSE vision, fostering a culture where quality and safety are paramount at all levels
Provide expert guidance to senior management on QHSE matters affecting business performance and reputation
Design and oversee implementation of integrated management systems incorporating quality, safety, and environmental standards

Your profile/Kōtaha Matawhaiaro
Strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to influence at executive level
Advanced project management and change leadership capabilities
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
Advanced knowledge of international standards and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications in QHSE or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in senior QHSE roles within complex, regulated environments - Aviation would be preferred
Demonstrated experience leading organization-wide QHSE transformations
