Process Overview
Global Treasury Merchant Operations, Consumer Lending and Consumer Operations in Global Business Services managing Treasury, Mortgage Operations, Enterprise Transaction Services, Specialized Services and Fulfillment Operations, Global Wealth Investment Management Operations, Global Operations Data Management & Analytics and Document Workflow Operations.

Job Description
The individual will be supporting the GDL of GTMO CLCO in the role of Executive Assistant and will be responsible for the effective functioning of the GDL office. This is an exciting role with great visibility and learning with exposure to the various aspects of business. The stakeholders range from Delivery heads, Tech partners, LOB Business partners-execs, enabling teams and market teams. The role also has an external interface with hospitality and travel partners. The success of this role is qualified by trust efficiency and willingness to operate under different circumstances.

Responsibilities
Diary and meetings management: Responsible for managing the calendar, meeting including invites and other technology related activities.
Travel Management : Coordination with various teams and ensuring
Expenses Management : Review /Manage and Approve the expenses on behalf of the GDL
Events Management : Drive , organize and own end to end events on behalf of the GDL including off sites , remote events and also on site events
Visitor Management : Play an active role in agenda / itinerary construction and overall hospitality
Documentation: Record Minutes and actions in meetings and follow through to conclusion,
Approvals : Act as a GDL proxy for approvals across concur/ ARM and other tools
Market Leader Support : Actively support the market leader with various activities
Adhoc projects : Support GDL in any adhoc projects
Confidentiality :Ability manage highly confidential information within the values framework of the organization and high sense of work ethic
Self-Driven and Energetic : Should be self-motivated , have the ability to handle pressure and deliver under stringent timelines. Always possess high energy levels and demonstrate positive outlook.
Efficient: Ability to profile the GDL in a positive manner and calendar is utilized to the best possible manner with an intent of maximum and efficient people outreach
Technology Savviness : Ability to manage MS Outlook features including calendars, Skype meets , Bridge lines, WebEx , MS office , SharePoint etc
Communications : Quick learner and Confident Communicator
Understanding of Policies : Understanding of organizational policies ie GIS / Accounts Payable etc
Team Player – Should be able to work in a team and deliver excellent results.
Planning and Organizing : Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and display strong prioritizing, planning and organizing skills
Requirements
Education - Graduate
Certifications If Any :NA
Experience Range - overall experience of 4+ years

Foundational skills -
Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx
Work Timings - 11:30 to 20:30 (Weekend Off) (Expected to support GDL during adhoc hours as well and flexibility expected)
