Work From Office (Andheri East)

Responsibilities:

Legal Actions in Default Cases –
Initiate legal actions in cases of default, including issuing legal notices and collaborating with panel lawyers to commence legal proceedings.

Liaison with External Attorneys –
Work closely with external attorneys and law firms on default cases and any legal cases filed against the company.

Contract Management –
Support the business team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business contracts to ensure the company's interests are protected.

Vendor Documentation –
Assist stakeholders in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with service providers, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Legal Advisory –
Anticipate and identify potential legal issues, develop strategies to address them, and provide solutions to mitigate risks.

Regulatory Compliance - Stay updated on the latest statutory obligations, changes in laws, and other relevant legal updates to ensure the company's compliance.
Key Requirements:

Experience –
Prior experience working with law firms in the banking and finance department, or within a Bank, NBFC, or Fintech company is essential.

Contract Expertise –
Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.

Legal Knowledge –
Basic understanding of laws related to banking and finance.

Communication Skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Multitasking and Pressure Handling –
Ability to work under high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Technical Proficiency - Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
