Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Truck Drivers for our Van and Deck Divisions. You will be responsible for transporting freight across Canada and the U.S., ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time delivery. This is a long-haul position ideal for reliable professionals who value independence, responsibility, and consistent miles.

Please Note:
• This is a long-haul role with resets that may occur on the road.
• Weekly home time is not guaranteed.
• Drivers must be comfortable commuting to and from Brandon, Manitoba.
• We do not provide parking options in other cities (e.g., Winnipeg).

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy-duty trucks to transport freight across designated routes (Canada/U.S.).
• Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs of hours, maintenance, and delivery documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Follow all transportation laws and safety standards.
• Perform basic maintenance and report any mechanical issues.

Qualifications:
• Valid CDL (Class 1) License
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable long-haul driving experience
• Must be eligible to run cross-border (Canada/U.S.)
• A criminal record check will be required prior to employment

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base pay starts at $0.48 per mile, with the potential to earn more through:

Important Notice Regarding Immigration Support:
We do not offer immigration support for new applicants. However, after a minimum of six consecutive months of successful employment, we may consider support based on company needs and individual performance.
