Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in asbestos toxic tort. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing and preparing cases for litigation, reviewing documents, researching legal issues, and providing legal advice. This individual must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Walnut Creek Location: Full Remote

San Diego Location: Full Remote/Hybrid flexible
