Top 25% from an accredited law school
License to practice law in Texas
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required
Substantive writing and courtroom experience
Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Drafting pleadings and motions
Conducting written discovery
Taking/defending depositions
Attending court conferences and hearings
Trial experience a plus but not necessary
