Full job description
Organize, classify, and maintain physical and digital library collections using library management systems.

Assist patrons in locating and using information resources effectively.

Manage library circulation and ensure efficient lending, returning, and shelving processes.

Plan and conduct library orientation and information literacy sessions.

Evaluate, select, and acquire new materials based on user needs and library policy.

Stay updated on current trends in library science and technology.

Maintain library records and prepare usage reports for internal analysis.

Enforce library rules and promote a quiet, welcoming environment.

Supervise and train junior staff or volunteers as required.

Develop and implement programs to encourage reading and learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
