Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Manager, located in Ajmer.
· Manage legal functions related to recovery and enforcement under Negotiable instruments act / SARFAESI
· Provide legal advice on loan documentation, mortgage registration
· Prepare default recovery strategies
· Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies ensuring compliance
· Successfully implemented systems for efficient case tracking and reporting
· Liaisoning with various departments as required
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and understanding of MS Excel/ Word
• Experience in the finance or banking sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
Location – Ajmer
