Learning and Development Operations |LMS

Looking for Operations Specialist who will collaborate with team members and other business unit stakeholders across the organisation to support delivery of world class learning experiences. Responsibilities include program administration, scheduling/logistics, and reporting/measurement of learning experiences. This opportunity is with one of our Top Research and Advisory company based US client in Gurgaon. Experience Level : 3-5 years Location: Gurgaon (Remote) Notice Period: Immediate- 15 days Skills Required: • 3-5 years administrative/operational experience. • Advanced Excel skills/ Google Suite skills. • Business analytics services (i.e. Power BI). • Learning management platform (LMS) such as Cornerstone a plus. • eLearning development tools like Articulate 360 or Captivate a plus • Experience working with client services/sales professionals a plus. • Strong problem solving skills and ability to use analytical mindset. Responsibilities: • Update and maintain new hire dashboard with personnel changes and course attendance. • Manage global New Hire training calendars and mailboxes. • Use Excel and Google sheets to process and analyze data from reports. • Import and update data in Microsoft PowerBI. • Manage training course registrations for new hires. • Provide technical troubleshooting support. • Collaborate with design and facilitation team to create program logistics for new hire/tenured/leadership programs. • Support L&D delivery by scheduling program logistics. • Provide operational support to other Learning and Development programs as needed (Tenured and Leadership). • ONLY RELEVANT/SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED Interested candidates can also share their updated resume at [email protected] with the below mentioned details.
