Roles & Responsibilities:

'- Focus on high Application availability for ensuring ++.++% uptime of Finnone applications.
- Develop, deploy and continually improve the system monitoring and automation of the Digital Lending platforms and applications
- Have a strong security mindset and ensure platform components and applications are safeguarded and monitored at all times
- Conduct detailed RCA of incidents to identify and fix show stoppers. Drive the end to end technical resolution of incidents.
- Drive timely service restoration and focus on removing service-impacting issues
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to plan and deploy production releases
- Maintain, monitor, and support the assets technology platforms
- Develop enhanced production monitoring and build additional capability.
- Define improvements for increased Application and system reliability and performance.
- Support multiple systems and applications of medium to highly complexity (complexity defined by size, technology used, and system feeds and interfaces) with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility.
- Act as the technical liaison between engineers and Fintech partners, providing critical operational insight to upcoming implementations and strategies, including validation of ongoing solutions supportability.
