Welcome to Eden Academy Parafield Gardens. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

We operate from 7am to 6pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 108 children to explore, grow, and thrive.

About you;
You’re an experienced Lead Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
You designs thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning
What You’ll Bring:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
A current Working with Children Check
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Australian Working Rights
A professional and friendly personal presentation
Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
