Laundry Attendant

The smell of clean laundry always puts you in a good mood.

We're looking for a caring laundry attendant who loves immaculate whiteness. This member of our team ensures the comfort and well-being of our guests by maintaining their bedding. He/she respects safety and hygiene regulations and works with a positive attitude to maintain a pleasant, clean and safe working environment day after day.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Receive, sort and inspect (stains, wear, damage) used bedding.
Fill and activate washing machines and dryers according to established procedures.
Fold, hang and stack clean linen items in an organized manner to facilitate retrieval and distribution.
Iron items as necessary to maintain a neat appearance.
Ensure the storage and rotation of clean linen and the organization of facilities by monitoring inventory levels and reporting any malfunctions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience in a similar position or in the hotel industry, an asset
Good physical fitness: standing for long periods and ability to bend, lift and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and collaborating as part of a team
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays, as required
