Description:

The role:

Applications are invited for appropriately qualified teachers with a track record of achieving strong learning outcomes in the below areas. This is a permanent part-time (0.7-0.8) role commencing at the end of February (sooner can be negotiated).

Latin - Stages 5 & 6.
Philosophy - Stage 5 (desirable but not essential).
IB: Theory of Knowledge (desirable but not essential).


To note:

Role scope and FTE are negotiable.
The position can be offered as either permanent or temporary (i.e. to end of 2026).
Longer term sponsorship can be explored for candidates on Working Holiday Visas.


Skills and Experiences:

The ideal candidate:

NESA-qualified to teach in NSW.
Confidence teaching Latin to at least Stage 5 (new/recent grads welcome!)
Open-minded and forward-thinking in pedagogical and pastoral practice.
A confident and communicative team player who makes a positive contribution to the life and culture of Kambala.
