Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a range of beauty services including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application, ensuring exceptional results and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns, preferences, and goals, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in skincare and makeup, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and expertise.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing personalized service and fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the broader Lakmé team to support promotional activities, events, and product launches.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma or certification in beauty therapy or cosmetology from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience working as a beautician in a salon or spa environment.
• Proficiency in a range of beauty treatments and techniques, including skincare, makeup application, and hair removal.
• Creativity and artistic flair to create personalized looks and treatments tailored to each client's needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
