About the Role

As a Senior Labour and Conciliation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing Amazon's interests in conciliation meetings with labour arbitration bodies. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate Amazon's position, policies, and relevant regulations during these proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent Amazon Flex in conciliation meetings with the Australian Fair Work Commission (FWC) and other labour arbitration bodies.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team and enforcement owners to mitigate risks, prepare case files, and recommend strategic outcomes.
- Conduct thorough analyses of all claims, evidence available, and potential repercussions of pursuing arbitration to inform strategic decision-making.

About You
- 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience engaging with regulatory agencies in permit applications or equivalent.
- Ability to develop and implement standards, policies, and programs.
