Job description
As a Laboratory Technician, your role involves preparing and labeling samples for testing. You will assist in conducting experiments and routine laboratory tests under supervision. Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning is also part of your responsibilities. Your duties include collecting data, recording experimental results, and compiling findings into documents and graphs. It is essential to maintain laboratory cleanliness, adhere to safety and quality standards, dispose of hazardous materials according to guidelines, and ensure the availability of lab supplies. Supporting senior scientists and laboratory personnel with ongoing projects is also a key aspect of your role.

To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Medical Lab Technology. An understanding of laboratory practices, equipment, and safety protocols is necessary.
