Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Providers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This role involves engaging with children in educational activities, promoting their development, and ensuring their well-being while in our care.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care at all times.
Complete administration tasks including claims, scheduling etc.
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
Provide guidance and support to children in their daily activities, encouraging positive behavior and social skills.
Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring that toys and materials are safe and accessible.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns.
Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive team approach to childcare.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in child development.
Qualifications

Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is preferred.
Level 3 - Childcare Certificate; Level 2 - Childcare Certificate
Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in childcare.
Ability to educate children through play-based learning and structured activities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Must pass background checks as required by local regulations.
