Full job description
Busy Gourmet Food manufacturing company seeks a Food Handler for their kitchen

Duties include

Preparing ingredients in accordance with recipes, batch sheets and production instructions provided my kitchen manager

Mix & cook product batched accurately, ensuring consistency

Operate Kitchen equipment

Monitor cooking times, temperature and product textures to ensure quality outcome

Prepare clean, dry jars and containers for filling

Fill cap, seal and clean finished products according to specifications and food safety standards

Conduct in-process quality checks

Label product crates clearly for batch identification

Clean kitchen utensils and equipment after use

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen benches, sinks, floor areas, storeroom and cool room

Stock handling and storage

Assist in other areas of the factory as needed

Work hours 5:30am to 1:30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.95 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
