Primary Objective

To assist teaching staff in achieving the association goals of providing quality Early Childhood Education by providing administrative support to the kindergarten team of staff.

Key Tasks
Administration - varying duties
Accounts to Association - prepare ESL creditor schedules, receipting, fees, administering the Info-care accounts and other finance duties
Maintain records accurately both manually and electronically using Info-care system. Ensure documentation and resources for new enrolments are managed and up to date
Assist with enrolment management, keeping Head Teacher up to date with enrolments and maintain confidentiality regarding staff, children, families, and whanau
Invoice, receipt, and code payments in a timely manner
File documentation
Answer phones and manage parent enquires
Order equipment and supplies
Manage grant applications in conjunction with the Head Teacher
Ensure Policy folders are up to date and accessible
Other duties as required by the Head Teacher

Hours of Work
This will be a 15 hour per week position with requirements to work Mondays and Fridays. Times are flexible and to be negotiated with the Head Teacher.
