About the Position:
We're seeking an Executive Architect to join our dynamic team at StudioKIA. This full-time role will be based in Gurugram, India, and offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our diverse portfolio of projects. As an Executive Architect, you will be responsible for architectural design, software development, integration, and project management, ensuring the successful execution of our ventures.
MINIMUM 5 YEAR WORK EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural design efforts, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to develop innovative concepts and solutions.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to architectural teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BArch) is required.
• Professional licensure in Architecture is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 year of experience in Architectural Design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design principles and software, with experience in relevant software.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration and team building.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Desirable Qualities:
• Experience in large-scale project management and real estate development.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a commitment to staying updated on emerging trends and technologies.

- Good knowledge of AutoCad and 3D softwares is required.
- 0-2 experience holders can apply. Interns can also apply.
- Site supervision and client handling will be a plus point.
- Provide architectural assistance to architects in developing construction plans.
- Prepare and develop layouts, elevations, cross sections in construction drawings.
- Assist architectural teams in dimensional surveys of buildings/sites.
- Use advanced software like CAD or Archi CAD in preparing architectural plans.
- Assist and support architects in executing multiple architectural projects.
- Interact with clients to implement their plans and goals in architectural project drawings.
- Execute all aspects of architectural processes and issues.
- Maintain all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications and survey notes in organized manner.
- Ensure compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards.
