Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support content creation efforts, including blog posts, case studies, and social media content.
• Assist in organizing events and promotional activities to engage potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Track and analyze key marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• MBA in Marketing or a related field is a must.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with B2B marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with AI and customer experience industry trends.
• Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
