Role Description:

SCP is seeking a full-time, on-site Junior Marketing Assistant. This role involves supporting our marketing and sales teams in executing targeted field marketing campaigns to create exceptional customer experiences. The Junior Marketing Assistant will help improve sales conversion rates and optimise the marketing funnel by taking part in various day-to-day tasks, including customer service, sales, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and execution of field marketing campaigns.
• Support the sales team by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Engage with customers to create positive and memorable experiences.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Contribute to market research efforts to better understand target audiences and competitors.
• Help organise events and promotional activities.
