Junior Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) with 1.5 to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting, in-depth knowledge of IND AS and IFRS, expertise in direct and indirect taxes, and exceptional proficiency in Excel. Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in banking operations and the Companies Act.

Key Responsibilities
• Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and financial reporting.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to IND AS, IFRS, and the Companies Act.
• Taxation: Handle direct and indirect tax matters, including tax returns and planning.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel functions for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Banking Operations: Manage banking relationships, account reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Cost Management: Assist in cost accounting and management reporting.

Qualifications
• CA/CMA qualification with 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of IND AS and IFRS.
• Proficiency in direct and indirect taxes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of banking operations and financial instruments.
• Familiarity with the Companies Act and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
