Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in videography and video editing, adobe creative cloud, designing creatives for social media platforms.
Salary: 25-28K
NOTE: This is an urgent requirement and we are looking out for immediate joiners or candidates who can join us in 10 days.
Key Accountables:
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Operate video equipment, lighting, & sound and collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
• Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Add effects, transitions, and audio tracks to enhance video quality.
• Ensure final videos are optimized for digital distribution (file size, aspect ratio, etc.).
• Brainstorm video ideas for promotional campaigns, tutorials, testimonials, and product launches.
• Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and social media managers to align video content with branding and messaging strategies.
• Analyze video performance metrics (views, engagement, click-through rates) and suggest improvements.
Must Haves:
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of storytelling, framing, and composition.
• Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and digital publishing standards.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and video trends.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or animation tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
