Home Health Aide

Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) / PCA / CNA

A compassionate and caring individual is sought to provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes.

Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and empathetic Home Health Aide to assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and ensure a safe home environment.

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
• Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
• Remind clients of medication schedules and document their condition.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Requirements:
• 12 months of experience in a healthcare role, Certificate of training, CNA, STNA, or HHA.
• Valid Ohio driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
