Responsibilities include:
• Performing routine and preventative building maintenance tasks
• Inspecting buildings and structures to identify functional systems and detect malfunctions
• Providing effective communication skills in listening, writing, and verbal interactions

This role requires:
• Manual dexterity and ability to handle items with fingers
• Working in outdoor conditions with exposure to changing weather
• Ability to travel may be required depending on business needs

Requirements:
• One to three months of related experience or training
• Equivalent education and experience
• Forklift Certification preferred

Key Skills: Basic personal computer skills, including electronic mail, database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, and use of miscellaneous office equipment.

Work Schedule: Full-time position with primarily 8 hours of work each day, Monday through Friday, on a day shift. Overtime may be required.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year based on location and title.
