Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (5 minutes from Railway Station)
Work Timings: 10:15 am - 7:15 pm, Monday - Saturday
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Role Overview:
As a 'Business Development Executive', you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospective students, and promoting IIDE's digital marketing courses. You will manage leads, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall expansion of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify new business opportunities and connect with potential students through calls and emails.
2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the course options and addressing their queries.
3. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and weekly sales goals for course enrollments.
4. CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor conversions, and generate reports for performance analysis.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-2 years in business development, sales, or counseling (preferably in EdTech or education).
2. Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
3. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
4. Location: Must be based in Mumbai
