Technical Apparel Design Manager

About the Role: Fourth Floor is seeking a skilled Technical Apparel Design Manager to manage the technical development of new styles and products. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of technical packs, BOMs, and product specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the technical development process from design concept to production.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of style information, BOMs, and product specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product management, and sourcing teams.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve product quality, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
• 5-8 years of related experience in technical development or a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in apparel fashion, product development, or a comparable field.
• Experience working with PLM/PDM systems and 3D design software.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. The salary range takes into account the location (Denver, CO) and industry standards.
