Our client, a top-tier law firm in Newport Beach, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with a background in employment and/or business litigation. The role will be hybrid, mostly offering work-from-home, and 1-2 days in their wonderful Newport Beach office. Responsibilities:Litigate varied employment and business cases, which may include complex or high stakes mattersDraft and review pleadings, motions and briefsConduct and defend depositionsEngage in settlement negotiations and mediationsCollaborate effectively with clients and internal team members
