About the Role

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who desire a challenging and rewarding career in home healthcare.
• As a PCA, you will work one-on-one with our patients in their homes, providing support and assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with household tasks essential to patients' personal care
• Report observations and incidents to the Agency Director or account manager
Requirements and Qualifications
• Six months of experience in home care preferred
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation
• CPR certification required
• Current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle
